Pauline Stewart 

Melbourne-born Pauline Stewart is a realist artist painting in both watercolour and oil.  She has held 20 solo exhibitions and participated in numerous group shows.  


Since beginning her art career by studying drawing at RMIT in her teens, Pauline has both opened and judged art exhibitions throughout Victoria.  She has also demonstrated her talent to many art groups, as well as mentored and encouraged young children to pursue art in schools throughout Australia.


Pauline has been represented in many publications including articles for Australian Artist Magazine in 2007 and 2010.



Pauline has won over 20 major awards, including:

  • Camberwell Rotary Art Show Best "Painting Under $400 "

  • Watercolour Society of Australia Kenneth Jack Memorial Award for Best Flowers and Garden (2013) 

  • 1st Prize AGRA Presidents Challenge (2014) 

  • 1st Prize AAL Winter Competition (2014) 

  • Finalist Australian Art Excellence Exhibition (2013 -2014) (2015 – 2016-2016 and 2017-2018) 

  • Strathdon Art Show Best Miniature Painting (2016)

  • 1st Prize for Best Small Painting ASM and Sherbrooke Art Society Small Packages Exhibition
